Loved this little place. Such a refreshing change from a traditional hotel. The people are lovely, it is so well cared for, and there are two decks to enjoy some relaxing time outdoors. Our room was cozy and well appointed and the location is perfect as you can walk to so many great boutiques and restaurants. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I visit Nelson again.
Fantastic location within walking distance to everything. Great staff and the room was clean and quiet. The beds are very comfortable, best sleep I’ve had on this trip. Large decks and a patio in the back to enjoy the view and sunshine.

The entire experience was wonderful. Its location in central Nelson is within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was Big and lovely and clean. I’ll be staying here every time I’m in Nelson.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Cloudside Hotel. My room (Cedar) was lovely and spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the view outstanding. There are lovely sun decks at the front and back of the hotel, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and suggested things for me to do as a Nelson first-time visitor. I would highly recommend staying at this gorgeous hotel. You will be glad you did.
